Great picture I like the interesting silhouette, with the selective lighting on the face which is well placed. The composition is good and it looks nice and sharp. The only negative thing I can see is the shadow she's facing... It pretty much just looks like a blur and I can really determine what it is. In this situation I think it could have been beneficial for it to be something recognizable.
An interesting photo with a brilliant use of light! From the light shining on her face, I couldn't really decide at first if it's a statue or a real person. The composition is good, there is nothing to distract the eye, it is easy to focus on the person. The curtain folds have an interesting pattern, and its vertical lines add to the photo.
I like the person's stance, it's full with tension and looks realistic. The border is a nice idea too, though I'm not sure if you need such a thick border, especially at the top.
Looking at your gallery, you have a skill of finding interesting things to photograph - you're a great artist. Keep it up!
From the thumbnail, it seemed like a lady in military uniform. Upon expanding, it seemed like a statue, and now as I sit looking at it, it could be a real person! What an amazing piece, full of intrigue and feelings! I'd probably add some more information in the artist comment area (e.g. Where was this taken? Who is the model? What was your inspiration?) but that would perhaps take away from the intrigue of this piece. Great title too! Well done!
Wow, that's very interesting, I never thought it would look so different from what it is! Yes, it is a real person btw. And the picture was very spontaneous: there was a wonderful light and I asked her to go there with something... then we tought of the knife... and there you go! Thanks for the comment!
